Build and own Salesforce solutions across Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Billing. Design solutions, develop with Apex and LWC, configure declarative tools, manage deployments through Gearset, document architecture, run prototypes, debug platform issues, and maintain code quality and test coverage within a distributed Salesforce Centre of Excellence.

Administer and support Salesforce environments, including user access, security, configuration, data quality, automation, reports, dashboards, maintenance, and issue resolution. Provide user training, documentation, onboarding support, testing, and enhancement coordination while contributing to global 24/5 platform support and continuous improvement.

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce and Ironclad technology transformation projects. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, supplier oversight, business readiness, change management, implementation, and transition to business-as-usual operations. The role also facilitates steering committees, tracks benefits, prepares executive reporting, and improves delivery frameworks and practices.
