Provide community-based case management for clients aged 16–30 experiencing first-episode psychosis: link clients/families to resources, teach independent living and problem-solving skills, attend interdisciplinary team meetings, complete clinical documentation in Care Logic, perform outreach and transportation support, and maintain charting and compliance standards.

Lead and coordinate employee training and development, deliver new employee orientation, maintain training records and compliance reports, manage onboarding, internships, and CEU programs, and perform professional HR administrative duties including HRIS recordkeeping and policy communication.
