Provides security and safety coverage at a behavioral health crisis center. Duties include patrols, emergency response, incident investigations and reporting, visitation and room-search monitoring, patient transport support, fire-safety inspections, weather monitoring, de-escalation assistance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff. The role also maintains logs, checks facility conditions, supports daily unit operations, operates vehicles when needed, and requires physical intervention capability.

Provide nursing care on night shift including assessments, medication administration, venipuncture, treatments, documentation, patient education, monitoring condition changes, and occasional supervision of other staff. Maintain safety, accurate records, and make referrals as needed.

Manage and direct daily operations of Intensive Case Management program, supervise staff, ensure compliance and quality, oversee program planning and budgeting, coordinate care and community resources, use data to drive performance, develop staff training, and liaise with stakeholders.

Provides behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, counseling, therapy, progress monitoring, referrals, documentation, and discharge planning for clients with mental illness and disabilities. Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, ensures services meet clinical and payer requirements, maintains accurate records in CareLogic, and supports client recovery. Requires community-based travel, strict confidentiality, and compliance with documentation and quality standards.

Provide paraprofessional nursing and social services under RN supervision: administer medications, perform treatments and nursing assessments, transcribe physician orders, document patient information, assist with admissions/discharges, participate in treatment planning, educate consumers, and support case management and team-based care.

Supervise and evaluate outpatient behavioral health counselors, care managers, and interns; provide clinical oversight, training, crisis intervention, program evaluation, and coordinate clinical operations across clinic sites while supporting agency policy, documentation, and quality improvement.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding coordination, and employer branding. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, develop talent pipelines, engage community and educational partners, maintain ATS/HRIS records, ensure compliance, track recruitment metrics, and support DEI initiatives.

Manage day-to-day operations and clinical services of a school-based behavioral health program. Provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensure compliance with grant and regulatory requirements, monitor program performance and KPIs, coordinate program expansion, report to stakeholders, recruit and develop staff, and maintain partnerships with schools and community organizations to support youth mental health services.

Provide clinical assessments, develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group therapy, coordinate care and discharge planning, maintain documentation in CareLogic, meet billing and chart-audit requirements, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support clients with mental illness or developmental disabilities.

Provide ongoing case management for adults with serious mental illness, coordinating care, documenting services in CareLogic, conducting minimum monthly face-to-face visits, enrolling clients into services, collaborating with behavioral health providers and community resources, and maintaining compliance and chart audit standards.

Provide ongoing case management and supportive services for adults with serious mental illness, document care in Care Logic, coordinate with community providers, meet productivity and documentation standards, perform outreach and crisis intervention, and facilitate access to housing, healthcare, and social supports.
