Provides behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, care coordination, crisis intervention, progress monitoring, documentation, and discharge planning for consumers in clinic, home, and community settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains regulatory compliance, supports recovery-oriented care, and may guide less experienced staff.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented treatment for individuals with behavioral health and co-occurring conditions. Requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, related experience or licensure pursuit, and a valid Georgia driver’s license.

Coordinates behavioral health, medical, housing, vocational, and community services for individuals with complex needs. Conducts assessments, supports treatment planning, facilitates referrals and care transitions, provides advocacy and crisis support, and monitors continuity of care. Maintains accurate documentation and compliance with Medicaid, DBHDD, payer, HIPAA, and agency requirements while collaborating with providers, families, and community partners.

Provides ongoing supportive services and case management to adults with serious mental illness. Develops and implements service plans, coordinates care with behavioral health providers and community organizations, conducts outreach and client visits, connects consumers with housing and social resources, documents services in Care Logic, and participates in interdisciplinary meetings. Requires effective communication, crisis intervention knowledge, treatment planning abilities, and collaboration with clients, families, and community systems.

Transports passengers, mail, and materials within an assigned area while ensuring vehicle safety. Reports accidents and breakdowns, assists with preventive vehicle maintenance, assigns vehicles to staff, completes documentation, and may maintain office areas and grounds. Provides customer-focused service, follows applicable laws and safety procedures, monitors behavior, communicates with stakeholders, and reports facility or equipment problems.

The role requires extensive direct client service, crisis intervention knowledge, community outreach, and assistance accessing benefits, healthcare, housing, employment, and other support services.

Provides security and safety coverage at a behavioral health crisis center. Duties include patrols, emergency response, incident investigations and reporting, visitation and room-search monitoring, patient transport support, fire-safety inspections, weather monitoring, de-escalation assistance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff. The role also maintains logs, checks facility conditions, supports daily unit operations, operates vehicles when needed, and requires physical intervention capability.

Manage and direct daily operations of Intensive Case Management program, supervise staff, ensure compliance and quality, oversee program planning and budgeting, coordinate care and community resources, use data to drive performance, develop staff training, and liaise with stakeholders.

Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, develop talent pipelines, engage community and educational partners, maintain ATS/HRIS records, ensure compliance, track recruitment metrics, and support DEI initiatives.

Manage day-to-day operations and clinical services of a school-based behavioral health program. Provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensure compliance with grant and regulatory requirements, monitor program performance and KPIs, coordinate program expansion, report to stakeholders, recruit and develop staff, and maintain partnerships with schools and community organizations to support youth mental health services.
