Oversee nursing care and staff in a crisis stabilization unit: supervise, plan, ensure regulatory compliance, manage supplies/medications, promote data-driven quality improvement, participate in committees, and support staffing, training, and budgeting.

Manage and supervise behavioral health and addictive disease services at an outpatient clinic. Provide clinical supervision, training, performance evaluation, crisis intervention, clinical consultation, program monitoring, and collaborate on service effectiveness and data-driven improvements. Ensure staffing, coverage, policy compliance, and staff development.

Provide crisis de-escalation and emergency response to maintain safety, observe and document client changes, assist with admissions/transfers, perform room safety checks, follow CPI standards, and support clients' community living and natural supports.
