Provides advanced technical support and administration for desktops, servers, networks, cloud and virtual environments, telecommunications, security systems, and business applications across multiple sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system maintenance, user training, backup and disaster recovery support, technology project implementation, asset management, documentation, vendor coordination, and service request management. Regular travel between agency locations and occasional after-hours support are required.

Directs the agency’s enterprise IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, information governance, applications, data initiatives, compliance, and digital transformation. Advises executives, manages technology budgets and vendors, leads major projects, and oversees business continuity and disaster recovery. The role supervises technology staff, ensures secure and reliable systems supporting clinical and administrative operations, coordinates incident response, and drives modernization, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.
