Provides security and safety coverage at a behavioral health crisis center. Duties include patrols, emergency response, incident investigations and reporting, visitation and room-search monitoring, patient transport support, fire-safety inspections, weather monitoring, de-escalation assistance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff. The role also maintains logs, checks facility conditions, supports daily unit operations, operates vehicles when needed, and requires physical intervention capability.

Provide nursing care on night shift including assessments, medication administration, venipuncture, treatments, documentation, patient education, monitoring condition changes, and occasional supervision of other staff. Maintain safety, accurate records, and make referrals as needed.

Manage and direct daily operations of Intensive Case Management program, supervise staff, ensure compliance and quality, oversee program planning and budgeting, coordinate care and community resources, use data to drive performance, develop staff training, and liaise with stakeholders.
