Provide nursing care on night shift including assessments, medication administration, venipuncture, treatments, documentation, patient education, monitoring condition changes, and occasional supervision of other staff. Maintain safety, accurate records, and make referrals as needed.

Provide direct nursing care and treatments per MD orders and nursing standards. Conduct assessments, administer medications and vaccines, perform venipuncture, document records, monitor patient conditions, educate patients, maintain unit safety, and may supervise or lead other staff.

Provide ongoing supportive and case management to individuals with serious mental illness; document care in CareLogic; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and community providers; meet productivity and face-to-face visit targets; perform outreach; maintain compliance and charting standards.
