Supervise site execution of indoor and outdoor plant installations, including green walls, moss walls, planters, and container gardens. Manage manpower, materials, installation quality, timelines, vendors, and site coordination. Verify plant condition and placement, track progress and quantities, document site activities, report issues, and support project handover and snag closure.

Plan and execute biophilia and landscaping projects from mobilization through handover. Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, vendors, clients, consultants, architects, and contractors. Conduct site assessments, monitor installation quality, resolve site challenges, track progress, inspect materials and plants, maintain project records, support BOQs and estimates, and complete snagging, reporting, and handover documentation.

Sources ornamental and indoor plants, develops nursery and grower suppliers, negotiates pricing and terms, inspects plant quality, coordinates dispatches with suppliers and internal teams, monitors logistics, and provides market intelligence on availability, pricing, seasonal trends, and varieties.
