Maintains indoor plants and landscaped areas through watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, and replacements. Monitors plant health, manages inventories and service records, coordinates on-site horticulture crews, and conducts site walkthroughs. Serves as the primary client contact, handling service requests, providing reports, and recommending plant selections and indoor landscaping improvements across multiple sites.

Maintain documentation and version control while delivering accurate drawings on schedule to support project execution.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including client follow-ups for outstanding payments, debtor aging reports, invoice tracking, reconciliations, invoice submission, payment-query resolution, and timely payment realization.

The Business Development Manager will generate regional sales, manage the full sales cycle from RFP through project award, develop proposals and bids, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, gathering requirements, creating sales collateral, tracking opportunities in a CRM, developing customized solutions with internal teams, and supporting successful implementation. Performance is measured by revenue, margins, client satisfaction, account acquisition, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates.

Own strategic corporate accounts for indoor landscaping solutions, driving client satisfaction, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Develop account plans, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate design, installation, horticulture, maintenance, and finance teams, and manage service escalations. Conduct business reviews, site walkthroughs, forecasting, CRM administration, and performance reporting. Build and manage a KAM team while representing client needs in service and product development.

Handle sales enquiries, coordinate client requirements, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into orders. Conduct client site visits, support project planning and execution, coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contractors, maintain CRM records, and monitor project progress. Manage maintenance complaints, after-sales service, AMC renewals, customer satisfaction, reporting, and issue escalation.

Generate regional sales and manage the full business development cycle from RFP review through project award. Build relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, facility management consultants, and contractors; conduct site visits; prepare proposals, bids, BOQs, presentations, and sales collateral; negotiate and close opportunities; track bids in CRM; and coordinate with design, project, procurement, horticulture, and service teams to deliver customized workspace landscaping solutions.

Lead horticultural project teams and oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of plant hydration systems. Manage plant health, pest control, quality compliance, sustainability initiatives, budgets, procurement, client communication, and project documentation. The role requires horticultural technical expertise, leadership, relationship management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Maintain indoor plants across 6–8 sites, including plant care, maintenance, and medication. Communicate effectively with team members and report to on-site personnel. Candidates based in or near South Mumbai and willing to travel by bike are preferred.

Leads end-to-end cost planning, quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, tender support, vendor coordination, value engineering, and cost control for horticulture and softscape landscape projects. Coordinates with design, procurement, contractors, nurseries, and site teams to ensure technically feasible, competitive, and accurate estimates from concept through execution. Supports variations, plant substitutions, final measurements, and billing verification.

Maintains indoor plants and landscaped areas through watering, pruning, pest control, fertilization, monitoring, and replacements. Tailors proposals to client workplace designs, office sizes, budgets, and sustainability goals while ensuring professional presentation and timely submission.
