Teams at Gamlaa

Leads horticultural project teams and oversees plant hydration systems, plant health, pest control, quality compliance, sustainability, budgets, procurement, client communication, documentation, and reporting. The role requires horticulture or agriculture expertise, project leadership, relationship management, technical proficiency, and willingness to travel while delivering sustainable interior landscaping solutions.

Manage projects from initiation through completion, including labor deployment, site execution, contractor and vendor coordination, timelines, quality, resources, documentation, measurements, billing, cost tracking, variations, payments, closure, and handover. Coordinate with clients, site teams, and accounts to ensure efficient delivery and timely project completion.

Maintains indoor plants and landscaped areas through watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, health monitoring, and replacements. Coordinates on-site crews, manages horticulture activities across multiple sites, maintains inventory and service records, conducts walkthroughs, and prepares reports. Serves as the primary client contact, handles service requests, and advises clients on plant selections and indoor landscaping improvements.
