Own and grow national retail and distribution accounts through strategic account planning, negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive sales, manage promotions and assortments, forecast and monitor inventory, coordinate with operations/EDI/logistics, support trade shows, and mentor junior account managers to expand retail presence and margins for a B2B consumer goods apparel brand.

The Independent Sales Representative will build and manage sales territories, secure new retail partnerships, develop relationships with buyers, and ensure effective brand representation, all while working independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Support sales through accurate order entry, SKU/UPC management, EDI data handling, and account reporting. Provide high-touch customer service during peak seasons, resolve order issues, pursue upsell and reorders, liaise with warehouse and finance, and assist Account Managers with operational tasks and targeted reporting.
