Oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of real estate properties, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash management, debt payments, investor distributions, variance analysis, lender reporting, audits, tax coordination, and compliance. Lead property and entity onboarding, establish accounting controls, manage process improvements, and supervise the accounting team while partnering with leadership, property managers, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Support accounting and financial analysis for US real estate clients. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, cash management, invoice review, financial reporting, budgeting, tax payments, and coordination with clients, property managers, board members, and vendors. This is a full-time remote role based in New Delhi working EST hours.

Build and optimize Argus Enterprise and DCF financial models for multifamily and other real estate assets. Analyze market trends, property comparables, investment performance, IRR, and cash-on-cash returns. Prepare reports and recommendations for clients and senior management, and collaborate on acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Build and maintain reliable data structures across deal-management platforms and loan databases. Write and optimize SQL, use Python for automation, validate and govern data, map end-to-end data flows, document SOPs, and support acquisition workflows and lightweight interfaces. This client-facing, fully remote role requires collaboration with finance analysts and US stakeholders, plus opportunities to improve and automate data processes.

Manage vendor onboarding and purchase orders, process accounts payable and receivable, post journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, prepare property financial statements, monitor budgets and utilities, resolve accounting issues, and provide bookkeeping and client support using RealPage, Yardi, and QuickBooks Online.

Supports real estate business development through deal sourcing, market and property research, contact verification, CRM management, and investor intelligence. Prepares reports, presentations, biographies, correspondence, and recurring business development updates. Maintains accurate stakeholder data, coordinates reporting processes, and assists with investment materials. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, research, and process adoption. The role works remotely from New Delhi on U.S. time zones and requires night-shift availability.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, invoices, financial statements, utility payments, and month-end close activities for real estate properties and corporate entities. Investigate accounting discrepancies, respond to client and property management queries, support financial reporting, and perform ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, organization, communication, and availability for US Pacific or Eastern time shifts.

Support real estate investment activities through underwriting, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, market research, valuation, investor reporting, and presentation development. Coordinate transaction due diligence, legal and accounting workflows, data rooms, deal trackers, and closing activities. Analyze commercial real estate markets, comparable transactions, capital flows, and macroeconomic indicators while providing analytical support to investors, lenders, and transaction teams.
