Design, build, and own backend systems for blockchain and staking infrastructure. Implement APIs, Ethereum data pipelines, indexers, validator integrations, and operational tooling. Ensures KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal policy compliance; coordinates with sales, legal, compliance, and operations to resolve documentation gaps; maintains accurate internal records and audit trails; monitors timely processing; and contributes to process improvements. The role requires financial services experience, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct KYC onboarding, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions and adverse-media screening, AML alert investigations, and transaction monitoring for digital-asset clients. The role is remote in the UK or US during the fall semester and includes hands-on work in cybersecurity, secure engineering, and product development.
