Supports collection, validation, analysis, visualization, and reporting of operational, financial, utility, and environmental performance data across a multifamily real estate portfolio. The intern reviews data quality, identifies trends and anomalies, develops stakeholder presentations, evaluates business initiatives, and assists with business intelligence, benchmarking, certifications, and sustainability projects.
