The role involves aircraft engine overhaul and repair, with particular interest in candidates experienced with CF6-80C2 and CFM56-5B or CFM56-7B engines. Staff Accountant supporting daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable monitoring, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, payment preparation, audit documentation, and cross-department transaction verification. Leads the PMO and customer programs at an aviation landing gear facility. Requires extensive aerospace program management experience, landing gear and MRO/OEM process knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills.

Senior Corporate Counsel will negotiate and draft complex, high-risk contracts, advise management and sales teams, and manage risk allocation. The role requires at least five years of transactional legal experience, strong contract drafting skills, a JD, and bar admission or eligibility for Florida Authorized House Counsel. Commercial aviation, government contracts, and cross-border transaction experience are preferred. This is an on-site South Florida position with no visa sponsorship.
