The Senior Manager, Airframe Product Line is responsible for managing the strategy, development, and lifecycle performance of the company’s airframe product offerings within the GA Telesis Flight Solutions Group at its headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This role translates business objectives, customer needs, and market trends into actionable product plans while partnering cross-functionally to optimize commercial and operational performance. The Senior Manager will help expand market share, improve profitability, and maintain technical and commercial excellence across the airframe product portfolio.  This role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

 Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and present financial models for whole-asset acquisitions, including valuation assumptions, return scenarios, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Repair Management, Sales, Teardown, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, reliability, cost competitiveness, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive new product development and market introduction, including make-or-buy decisions, sourcing strategies, customer segmentation, and launch execution
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, financial results, and market data to refine strategy, priorities, and lifecycle decisions
  • Represent the airframe product line in business reviews, customer engagements, trade shows, and OEM discussions, clearly communicating performance, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop and present business cases for product investments, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of product managers and analysts in support of growth, profitability, and operational goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the aviation or aerospace industry, with a strong background in airframes.
  • Proven experience in product management, business development, or program leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and financial-modeling skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with maintenance programs, Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directive tracking, and life-limited part management
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a global footprint
Preferred:
  • Experience working with OEMs, MROs, and airline customers is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Quantum
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification

Skills Required
