Own the go-to-market strategy and full sales cycle for technical AI and robotics products. Define target segments and positioning, generate pipeline, manage customer discovery, structure pilots, negotiate contracts, close revenue, and drive renewals and expansion. Build partnerships, pricing, forecasting, sales processes, and repeatable commercial playbooks while feeding customer insights back to product, research, and engineering teams.

Lead the company’s Physical AI research and engineering function as a hands-on technical leader. Define research priorities, design and train Transformer-based models, establish rigorous offline and real-world evaluations, integrate systems with physical robots, and analyze failures across data, models, hardware, and environments. Build a focused team, guide technical architecture and experiments, translate customer needs into requirements, and deliver measurable improvements through deployed models, benchmarks, evaluation systems, or data products.

Build and maintain Laravel and PHP production systems while contributing to React customer-facing features. Investigate production issues, design reliable queues and webhook systems, manage retries and rate limits, maintain third-party integrations, improve database and backend performance, and develop dashboards, tests, API documentation, SDKs, and developer tools. The role requires independent ownership, strong debugging skills, reliable asynchronous systems design, and accurate customer data handling.

Build and operate production-grade observability infrastructure across GCP and Kubernetes. Design OpenTelemetry pipelines, improve metrics, traces, logs, dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and burn-rate alerting. Manage infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes; participate in on-call and incident response; conduct root-cause analyses; and collaborate with engineers on Go or Node.js instrumentation and reliability improvements.

Build, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure for FedRAMP-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, observability, and security automation. Investigate production incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, support compliance and audits, and improve reliability, scalability, and monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and international teams while making independent architectural and operational decisions.

Evaluate AI coding-agent interactions for usefulness, correctness, engineering judgment, reasoning quality, and developer trust. Provide clear, opinionated feedback, distinguish response-quality levels, and help define standards for excellent interactions with tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. This contract role requires staff- or principal-level software engineering experience and familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.

The Staff Engineer at G2i will lead and grow an engineering team, set technical strategy, and ensure quality delivery across full-stack systems while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

The Full-Stack Developer will design and maintain web applications using React and Node.js, focusing on performance and scalability. Responsibilities include creating APIs, deploying applications, and ensuring high code quality.
