Own design and implementation of a greenfield analytical data platform: ingesting PostgreSQL and Kafka streams, establishing governance, data lineage, quality, monitoring, and compliance-ready pipelines. Evaluate AWS-native tooling, Snowflake, and Databricks; produce RFCs and documentation; mentor junior engineers and ensure analytical systems remain downstream of transactional sources.

The Staff Engineer at G2i will lead and grow an engineering team, set technical strategy, and ensure quality delivery across full-stack systems while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

The Full-Stack Developer will design and maintain web applications using React and Node.js, focusing on performance and scalability. Responsibilities include creating APIs, deploying applications, and ensuring high code quality.

Build and ship production features across a TypeScript stack, owning backend services, APIs, integrations, and serverless AWS infrastructure. Work directly with enterprise customers to translate needs into maintainable product features, contribute to frontend with Next.js, and use AI coding agents while ensuring code quality and reliability. Shape engineering practices and scale the platform.

Serve as primary technical contact for partner banks, troubleshoot API/connectivity/payment issues, manage support queues and incidents, run RCA, create runbooks, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and scalability.
