Evaluate AI coding agents end-to-end, judging usefulness, high-level correctness, engineering judgment, and quality of explanations. Provide opinionated feedback, distinguish response quality levels, and help define standards for great AI-developer interactions. Participate in take-home evaluation and interview as part of a rolling, project-based engagement.

Build and ship production features across a TypeScript stack, owning backend services, APIs, integrations, and serverless AWS infrastructure. Work directly with enterprise customers to translate needs into maintainable product features, contribute to frontend with Next.js, and use AI coding agents while ensuring code quality and reliability. Shape engineering practices and scale the platform.

Serve as primary technical contact for partner banks, troubleshoot API/connectivity/payment issues, manage support queues and incidents, run RCA, create runbooks, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and scalability.
