Serve as primary technical contact for partner banks, troubleshoot API/connectivity/payment issues, manage support queues and incidents, run RCA, create runbooks, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and scalability.

Build agentic applications and tooling with LLM infrastructure, requiring hands-on engineering in a high-pressure environment. Deliver quality under tight deadlines.

Own and scale backend systems end-to-end: design, build, and deploy performant APIs and services on AWS using Node/TypeScript. Make architectural tradeoffs, ship production code frequently, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product teams while leveraging AI-assisted development.
