Supervise outgoing quality control inspectors and manage process and product inspections, audits, quality reporting, SPC analysis, MSA, and corrective actions. Conducts audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and environmental compliance (waste, wastewater, air permitting). Tracks safety metrics, supports ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, and partners with management to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Develop new products, tooling, and fixtures; identify project risks; confirm customer and product standards; design, verify, debug, and optimize tooling; support sample builds; troubleshoot technical issues during development and production; and improve fixture performance and manufacturing efficiency. The role requires mechanical engineering knowledge, manufacturing-process experience, CAD proficiency, APQP documentation experience, and willingness to train in a production environment and travel.
