Develops, implements, and maintains EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and injury prevention. Conducts audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and environmental compliance (waste, wastewater, air permitting). Tracks safety metrics, supports ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, and partners with management to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Oversees fabrication production, directing personnel and daily operations to meet production and quality standards. Plans schedules, coordinates with procurement, maintenance, planning, safety, quality, and engineering, analyzes production issues, implements corrective methods, and manages development and performance of direct reports while supporting the Shift Superintendent.

Manage and deliver automation and inspection projects (quality inspection, glue dispensing, soldering, laser marking). Drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, enhance line capability, and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
