Performs manufacturing cost accounting, production data analysis, inventory reconciliation, cost statement preparation, expense and quota reviews, and cost variance reporting. Monitors production processes, validates factory documentation, supports inventory reduction, and ensures compliance with financial controls, company policies, tax regulations, and accounting systems.

Supports Lean and Six Sigma managers by identifying, coordinating, tracking, and coaching continuous improvement projects. Improves manufacturing processes, efficiency, quality, inventory, material usage, and compliance. Prepares project plans and reports, monitors benefits and revenue goals, follows up on issues, promotes rationalization proposals, develops Lean talent, and supervises workplace 5S activities across manufacturing and office environments.
