The Program Manager oversees IT service delivery, manages stakeholder engagement, drives process improvement, and ensures compliance with business objectives and SLAs.

Provide on-site deskside Level 1 IT support for school staff and students: respond to tickets, troubleshoot Windows and Chrome OS devices, reimage Chromebooks, install and fix printers/scanners/projectors, collaborate with IT team, maintain documentation, and assist on IT projects as needed.

The Implementation Lead oversees enterprise implementation efforts, manages customer-driven change requests, and supports new customer onboarding while ensuring operational continuity through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage ServiceNow ticket workflows for procurement, returns, and asset lifecycle. Bridge customer ServiceNow instances and internal ERP, ensure SLA compliance, validate returned assets, track inventory, produce reports, escalate issues, and document/process improvements.

Manage project-related billing and accounts receivable, create domestic and international invoices, reconcile cash receipts, resolve billing disputes, prepare billing reports and audit materials, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and data integrity across billing systems.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer invoicing and billing transactions by processing credits/rebills, validating invoices against orders/contracts, resolving disputes, supporting close activities, analyzing adjustment trends, producing billing reports, and collaborating with Sales, Tax, Customer Accounts, and Finance.

Build and ship full-stack AI solutions from discovery through production: prototype with LLMs and agent patterns, integrate models with data and systems, gather user feedback, iterate, and deliver secure, monitored internal tools.

Manage indirect and corporate tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, file VAT/GST/sales taxes, reconcile tax GL accounts, support audits and tax planning, perform month-end tax tasks, maintain controls, and collaborate on ERP and tax automation initiatives.

The Documentation and Change Support Specialist manages documentation systems, supports change management processes, ensures AS9100 compliance, and collaborates across teams for training and compliance activities.
