Drives B2B product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, website content, SEO, digital campaigns, email automation, advertising, collateral, public relations, webinars, and trade shows. Leads the architecture, development, validation, debugging, integration, and release of embedded C/C++ firmware for precision sensor and instrumentation products. Develops drivers, communication interfaces, signal-processing features, and real-time systems; coordinates hardware and firmware integration; establishes development and testing practices; leads reviews; mentors engineers; and supports manufacturing, production testing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

Owns the architecture, design, validation, release, and production support of analog, mixed-signal, digital, and embedded electrical hardware for precision sensor and instrumentation products. Leads schematic and PCB development, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, verification, manufacturing readiness, documentation, and cross-functional integration with firmware, software, mechanical, quality, and manufacturing teams. Provides technical direction, mentorship, design-review leadership, and project coordination while delivering production-ready hardware platforms.

Work with account executives to qualify opportunities, respond to RFQs, propose technical solutions, process orders, support after-sales (RMAs), maintain CRM records, perform market and competitive research, represent the company at trade shows, prepare technical presentations, and help develop proposals and custom design projects.

The Calibration Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by generating new revenue, expanding accounts, and establishing service relationships in a field-based role. Key tasks include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and engaging with stakeholders.

Lead technical marketing execution by translating engineering information into clear product messaging, managing campaigns and creative deliverables, enforcing brand guidelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing Pardot/Salesforce campaign integration to support product launches and revenue growth.
