Provide hands-on HR support for a 24/7 automotive plant: employee relations, onboarding, payroll updates, benefits administration, compliance with employment law and IATF/ISO, HRIS migration support, HR analytics, Lean process improvements, audits, and employee recognition. Serve as primary plant HR contact and represent the employer at community recruiting events.

Support production lines by selecting, installing, testing, and commissioning equipment; design layouts and tooling; maintain drawings, pin maps, and spare parts lists; improve cycle time and quality; lead buyoffs and startup; troubleshoot machinery and quality issues; perform PLC programming and robot teaching; ensure safety, ISO 14001 compliance and 5S; travel to vendors (~10-15%).

Supervise night-shift warehouse/cross-dock operations, assign work, train and evaluate staff, ensure safety, inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, and on-time, damage-free shipments. Manage budgets, contractor work, payroll items, and continuous process improvements to meet productivity and customer goals.
