Manage accounts receivable collections, review AR aging and project orders in Khameleon, communicate with sales and customers to secure payments, resolve payment discrepancies, process/post cash receipts, handle warranty invoicing, maintain detailed Khameleon notes, and support customer payment portals and order release processes.
