Lead and manage Sales Coordinator staff; coordinate pricing, quoting, ordering and installation of furniture; liaise with vendors and internal teams; provide project status to customers; ensure process, quality, and documentation standards; complete bids/RFPs and balance team workload.

Plan, design, and furnish commercial interiors by meeting with clients and sales, producing space plans, schematic and working drawings, product specifications, and coordinating installations. Maintain project files, attend client and internal meetings, perform field measurements and punch lists, and ensure designs meet codes and mechanical/electrical coordination.

Manage furniture projects from proposal through installation: coordinate clients, architects, suppliers and installers; track orders, schedules, change orders, invoicing, and post-install punch lists to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
