Lead and manage Sales Coordinator staff; coordinate pricing, quoting, ordering and installation of furniture; liaise with vendors and internal teams; provide project status to customers; ensure process, quality, and documentation standards; complete bids/RFPs and balance team workload.

Processes vendor invoices, credit memos, check requests, and payments; verifies purchase orders, resolves discrepancies, codes invoices to general ledger accounts, reconciles vendor statements and prepaid expenses, manages vendor records, and prepares 1099 reporting. The role requires accurate accounts payable or general accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, ERP proficiency, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Plan, design, and furnish commercial interiors by meeting with clients and sales, producing space plans, schematic and working drawings, product specifications, and coordinating installations. Maintain project files, attend client and internal meetings, perform field measurements and punch lists, and ensure designs meet codes and mechanical/electrical coordination.
