Supports sales and design teams by researching products, preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating vendor pricing, coordinating customer orders and work orders, and tracking project status. Ensures accurate documentation, pricing, margins, purchase orders, deposits, and scope changes while maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinates across sales, design, project management, installation, vendors, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently.

Manages technical installation projects from pre-order planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating designs, installation companies, clients, general contractors, vendors, deliveries, site visits, safety requirements, punch lists, product issues, project status meetings, and invoicing requests. The role identifies risks, resolves complex project issues, maintains project documentation, and ensures successful, profitable installations.

Coordinates project workflows, customer communications, reorders, service work, invoicing, purchase orders, and profitability tracking. Serves as a primary customer contact while supporting Sales and Project Managers. Prepares presentations, obtains labor quotations, researches orders, clarifies invoices, and coordinates across Design, Sales, Installation, Accounting, and other departments. The role emphasizes financial accuracy, vendor and customer discounting, product knowledge, software proficiency, multitasking, and independent execution.
