Lead HR technology development across ATS, recruitment platform integrations, HRIS, and survey systems. Manage teams of 3–8 members, break down requirements, conduct code reviews, and oversee releases. Design REST APIs, integrate external SaaS platforms, and apply AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to improve productivity. Collaborate with Japanese teams, requiring Japanese reading, speaking, and writing skills at approximately JLPT N3 level. Experience with recruitment platforms, LLM applications, employee surveys, and Zoho products is valuable.

Lead the architecture and delivery of production AI agents and SaaS platforms for enterprise digital transformation. Design agent workflows and RAG pipelines, build backend APIs and business-system integrations, and establish reliability, monitoring, safety, and governance standards. Collaborate with Japan headquarters, present technical solutions, oversee architecture and code reviews, allocate engineers, mentor a team of 3–5, and coordinate with vendors and Zoho partners.

Build and operate serverless solutions using GCP and Zoho Catalyst, including BigQuery data modeling, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, AI integrations with Vertex AI or Gemini, API and webhook integrations, testing, CI, security, cost monitoring, visualization, and AI agent release management.
