Lead content strategy and operations across CRM, social, education, SEO, and content production. Own revenue impact, set roadmaps, implement AI and automation, manage CMS workflows, and grow a high-performing content team while partnering cross-functionally.

Define and roll out group-wide QA standards and frameworks, embed shift-left QA across the SDLC, collaborate with SRE on SLIs/SLOs and observability, drive test automation and CI/CD integration, mentor QA tech leads, and promote shared responsibility for quality.
