Manage and optimize FTMO's CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot). Build email campaigns, automated workflows, and segmented lists. Own lead management and lifecycle marketing, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously test and improve communication. Collaborate internally using Czech and externally in English; learn trading domain as needed.

Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead discovery and delivery, translate company goals into OKRs/KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, collect user feedback, use data to measure impact, and communicate plans across the organization.

Provide full-time client support for a proprietary trading fintech: answer queries (including phone), solve problems, work with internal apps, and occasionally translate English↔French. Support customers using CFD trading platforms (MT4/5, TradingView) and leverage knowledge of proprietary trading firm operations.
