Process accounting documents and routine transactions, verify payment orders, and support quarterly closings, annual financial statements, and audits. Handle ad hoc finance tasks and collaborate with Controlling. The role requires basic accounting and tax knowledge, familiarity with Helios iNuvio or Pohoda, basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and fluent Czech with communicative English.

Develop and maintain legacy PHP systems and modern microservices while orchestrating AI coding agents to improve developer productivity. Mentor engineers through workshops and pair programming, optimize AI development workflows, collaborate with the AI Lead, and ensure code quality using PHPStan, PHPUnit, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design.

Manage full accounting for holding and core companies, including monthly and quarterly closings, reconciliations, postings, provisions, accruals, VAT and OSS filings, annual and consolidated financial statements, fixed assets, audit support, and accounting policies. Lead junior accountants, collaborate with Controlling and IT teams, maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and handle finance-related tasks.
