Lead OANDA’s QA organization by hiring and developing QA engineers, defining quality strategy and standards, building test automation frameworks, and establishing quality gates across SDLC and CI/CD pipelines. Track quality KPIs, support post-incident prevention, promote shift-left testing, and introduce AI-assisted testing. Collaborate with engineering, product, and FTMO QA leadership across trading, payments, onboarding, and back-office systems.

Leads FTMO’s writing team and owns website, landing page, blog, educational, product, and launch copy. Ensures accuracy, consistency, conversion, compliance, SEO alignment, and timely updates. Partners with Product, Trading, Operations, SEO, Compliance, Social, and CRM teams; manages editorial planning, hiring, workload, freelancers, career development, and business-impact reporting.

Owns social media and community strategy across multiple platforms, leads social and community teams, oversees moderation and brand voice, supports launches and sponsorships, manages regulated-content reviews, develops platform growth including Reddit and TikTok, collaborates with SEO, CRM, Copy, Product and Compliance, and reports on business impact.
