Lead customer engagement for a multifamily energy efficiency utility program: manage customer relationships, drive participation, coordinate project identification and contractor bids, process rebates, lead and develop team members, analyze data, and provide technical energy-efficiency guidance. Travel regionally up to 40%.

Coordinate program operations across teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders; monitor performance and QA of energy audit teams; maintain program documentation and reporting; support planning, scheduling, budget and KPI tracking; identify risks and process improvements; facilitate meetings and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals.

Support implementation of commercial energy efficiency rebate programs by processing multifamily and nonprofit rebate applications, ensuring compliance and accurate energy-savings documentation, coordinating with utilities, customers, and contractors, tracking project progress and budgets, maintaining records and reports, and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead workforce strategy, capacity planning, resource allocation, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness to support program delivery, employee engagement, and business growth.

The consultant will manage energy efficiency projects, develop client relationships, resolve technical issues, and mentor junior engineers while staying updated on industry trends.

Support laboratory and field research on energy performance of foodservice appliances: install and troubleshoot test apparatus, collect and analyze data, prepare technical reports and presentations, manage multiple projects, conduct site assessments, and follow safety procedures. Interface with customers and assist with equipment handling and tours.
