Support laboratory and field research on energy performance of foodservice appliances: install and troubleshoot test apparatus, collect and analyze data, prepare technical reports and presentations, manage multiple projects, conduct site assessments, and follow safety procedures. Interface with customers and assist with equipment handling and tours.

Configure and maintain business systems supporting energy-efficiency programs. Translate requirements into system behavior, manage integrations and workflows, lead QA/UAT, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate implementations with stakeholders and developers.

The Energy Engineer will drive technical initiatives for utility programs, manage consulting projects, engage clients, and enhance energy solutions aligned with market trends.

Support implementation of commercial energy efficiency rebate programs by processing multifamily and nonprofit rebate applications, ensuring compliance and accurate energy-savings documentation, coordinating with utilities, customers, and contractors, tracking project progress and budgets, maintaining records and reports, and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
