Operationally lead workforce planning and people management by forecasting staffing needs, allocating resources, monitoring utilization, supporting recruiting and onboarding, coaching employees, managing performance, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating development and succession planning. Partner with program and business leaders to align workforce capacity, employee growth, and organizational capability with client delivery objectives.

Analyze commercial and industrial building systems to identify energy-saving opportunities. Conduct on-site audits, install and interpret sub-metering equipment, develop energy models, support rebate applications, and prepare technical reports. Manage client outreach, site acquisition, stakeholder coordination, project updates, and travel to customer facilities. The role requires strong Excel-based analysis, knowledge of measurement and verification protocols, effective communication, and a bachelor’s degree in an ABET-accredited engineering discipline.

Lead customer engagement for a multifamily energy efficiency utility program: manage customer relationships, drive participation, coordinate project identification and contractor bids, process rebates, lead and develop team members, analyze data, and provide technical energy-efficiency guidance. Travel regionally up to 40%.

Coordinate program operations across teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders; monitor performance and QA of energy audit teams; maintain program documentation and reporting; support planning, scheduling, budget and KPI tracking; identify risks and process improvements; facilitate meetings and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals.

Lead enterprise workforce strategy and resource planning to ensure right staffing, skills, and capacity for client delivery and growth. Forecast demand, manage utilization, build executive dashboards, identify skill gaps, partner with leaders on staffing priorities, and establish scalable workforce planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
