Support instructional quality for K–2 students by coaching and mentoring teachers, facilitating adult learning, strengthening curriculum implementation, and promoting developmentally appropriate instruction. The role supports lesson planning, assessment, differentiation, data-driven instruction, and diverse student learning needs across elementary content areas. It also provides instructional feedback and helps drive strong student outcomes in a collaborative charter-school environment.

Provides instructional coaching and professional development for math teachers through co-planning, co-teaching, observations, feedback, data analysis, curriculum support, assessment development, and action planning. The specialist supports teacher leaders, departments, administrators, and school leadership in improving instruction and student achievement.

Provides targeted literacy intervention through individual and small-group instruction, analyzes student reading data, monitors progress, and adjusts instructional plans. The specialist supports teachers through evidence-based literacy resources, professional development, coaching, and assessment coordination. Responsibilities also include school-wide literacy planning, parent communication, reading incentive programs, and collaboration with administrators and classroom teachers to improve student achievement.

Provides instructional coaching and professional development for ELA teachers across face-to-face, online, and hybrid settings. Responsibilities include co-planning, co-teaching, modeling instruction, analyzing student and teacher data, facilitating data discussions, developing curriculum and assessments, supporting instructional leaders, providing targeted feedback, and contributing to schoolwide improvement plans. The role also supports teachers serving students with disabilities and collaborates on system initiatives.

Maintains accurate accounts payable and financial transaction records, reconciles entries, balances the general ledger, prepares trial balances, and supports financial statements, payroll, payments, and month-end close. Ensures compliance with GAAP, governmental accounting standards, nonprofit regulations, and applicable federal, state, local, and charter-authorizer requirements. The role also develops accounting procedures, responds to internal and vendor inquiries, and uses Excel and financial management software for data entry and recordkeeping.

Leads Friendship Public Charter School’s communications, marketing, media relations, digital presence, and brand management. Develops integrated strategies, storytelling, campaigns, executive communications, and reputation-management efforts supporting student and talent recruitment. Oversees website, social media, content, analytics, vendors, and communications processes while supervising staff and building cross-functional partnerships.
