Responsibilities
  • Experience in an instructional coaching, instructional leadership, or similar role preferred;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program;
  • Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience, preferably within Kindergarten through Grade 2, with a consistent record of strong student outcomes;
  • Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional practices for early elementary students;
  • Demonstrated ability to support instruction across multiple elementary content areas;
  • A demonstrated track record of instructional leadership and facilitation of adult learning;
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing instructional feedback to teachers preferred;
  • Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessment, differentiation, and data-driven instruction;
  • Knowledge of effective practices for supporting students with disabilities and diverse learning needs;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Goal and results orientation;
  • Superior problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; and
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
