Intern will support the Creative/Design team building voice-assistant and web products. Responsibilities include Node.js/JavaScript development, AWS and API work, SQL/NoSQL, WordPress, front-end design, creating wireframes and user flows, using JIRA/Bitbucket/Git, and executing automated testing. Present designs and follow best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Support recruiting and onboarding by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, assisting onboarding, preparing personnel reports, contributing to university outreach and social media, and maintaining HR documents.

Oversee and coordinate company operations and strategic development, manage multiple projects, ensure client satisfaction, review major deliverables for quality, work cross-functionally and closely with the CEO to identify issues and growth opportunities.

Support the Creative/Design team on web and voice-assistant projects. Perform front- and back-end web development, UI/UX and graphic design, content writing/editing, and data/document management. Help build digital solutions for Alexa, Google Home, and Cortana. Participate in brainstorming, experimentation, and execution in a fast-paced studio. Unpaid to start; 3-5 days/week; college credit and potential for hire.

Support the CEO and company social presence across major platforms by creating engaging copy and visuals, managing community engagement, tracking trends to find partnership opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and growing follower readership. Maintain consistent online voice, proofread and format materials, and respond to audiences while learning startup product and brand strategy.

Support Sales and Strategy with administrative and analytical tasks, assign and track intern deliverables, document weekly objectives, maintain client communications and operations, assist CEO and strategy team, attend events, and learn voice-technology product and industry fundamentals.

Support cross-departmental project coordination, review deliverables (briefs, decks, SOWs), communicate with clients, track project status, identify issues/opportunities, and assist CEO and teams to meet deadlines. Develop project management skills through hands-on tasks and mentorship.

Support the strategy team to research voice industry trends, build competitive analyses, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and create strategy-driven pitch decks. Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to develop voice application ideas and provide research support to inform client recommendations.

Support creation of conversational design and voice skills for Alexa, Google Home, and Cortana. Learn client products and audiences, develop creative copy and concepts, revise materials from feedback, assist the CEO and team, and handle additional projects. Gain mentoring and potential path to hire.

Support strategy team by researching and interpreting emerging trends, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, presenting insights visually, and assisting the data analyst. Perform assigned projects, synthesize reports, and communicate findings to inform voice-interaction strategies.
