The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer oversees quality standards, engages with customers and suppliers, and manages quality complaints while initiating corrective measures and promoting a Zero Defects mindset.

Manage assigned domestic customers to grow sales by finding new projects, liaise with RAM/GAM and global accounts, prepare three-month sales forecasts, meet KPI targets with weekly/monthly reporting, update customer pricing requests, build relationships with decision-makers, and follow company policies. Operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision mechanical parts. Load materials, set machine parameters, perform tool changes, in-process inspections, follow drawings/GD&T, maintain production records, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement and safety practices.
