Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, read engineering drawings, select tooling, perform in-process and first-piece inspections with precision instruments, monitor quality and dimensional accuracy, perform minor adjustments and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, maintain production records, meet production targets, follow safety/5S and quality system requirements, and support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and regional procurement teams; guide execution of strategies and act as escalation point for supplier and supply chain issues.

Finish highly precise mechanical parts using tapping, drilling, reaming and deburring under a microscope. Apply final touches, fit helicoils, prepare vacuum and sealing surfaces, and contribute to continuous improvement in a high-tech machine shop producing small-to-medium series precision components.

Lead sourcing deliverables across product lifecycle from concept through NPI to serial production. Develop Product Acquisition and Acquisition Management Plans, drive make-or-buy decisions, own material cost roadmaps, secure on-time NPI material delivery, and coordinate supplier selection, contracting and procurement activities with category and operational buyers.

Two internship positions combining shop-floor tasks with an individual improvement project: industrializing a new product/process or supporting ramp-up for higher volumes. Responsibilities include observing and analyzing production, mapping VA/NVA activities, investigating material flow and layout, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation and validation of process improvements.

Operate CNC and conventional milling, turning, and drilling machines; load material, set parameters, change tools, and perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read engineering drawings/GD&T, monitor machine performance, maintain production records, follow safety protocols, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean activities while coordinating with engineers and supervisors.

Perform precise fitting, assembly, installation and integration of mechanical components and subassemblies per drawings and SOPs. Plan and maintain production schedules for multiple high-tech customers, manage client relationships, analyze and resolve supply chain issues, propose and implement improvements, and coordinate stakeholders across operations, purchasing, warehouse, and sales.

Lead logistics setup for new product introductions: develop logistical concepts and planning, coordinate stakeholders, monitor project timelines, track changes and assess technical/logistical impacts, and propose supply-chain improvements to enable efficient series production.

Manage engineering projects from RFQ through prototype, overseeing cost, quality, schedule, risk, and safety. Prepare bids, contracts, change orders, and documentation. Develop detailed project plans per ISO9001:2015, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement and production, and deliver regular status updates across multiple concurrent projects.

Support and improve manufacturing performance through hands-on technical support, root-cause analysis (8D), PFMEA/PCP creation, work instruction control, tooling design, line balancing, NPI documentation, and driving continuous improvement while supporting audits and customer interactions.

Manage and coordinate engineering and production project activities: develop and maintain project plans and schedules, identify and mitigate risks, manage BOM/PO/ECO processes in SAP, liaise with customers and internal teams, track ECO/RMA closure, monitor inventory and project status, and improve project management workflows.

Lead MRB sessions, investigate quality issues, coordinate part replacements, maintain quality documents, and drive continuous improvement activities.

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer oversees quality standards, engages with customers and suppliers, and manages quality complaints while initiating corrective measures and promoting a Zero Defects mindset.

Manage assigned domestic customers to grow sales by finding new projects, liaise with RAM/GAM and global accounts, prepare three-month sales forecasts, meet KPI targets with weekly/monthly reporting, update customer pricing requests, build relationships with decision-makers, and follow company policies. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Analyze tooling consumption data, build Power BI dashboards, connect and interpret data from Coscom and Glovia, identify forecasting improvements, and create predictive models to support tooling planning and budget control while collaborating with engineering and production teams.
