The role focuses on precision CNC manufacturing, including turning, milling, machining centers, and rotary-milling combinations.

Supports ERP implementation before go-live, including business readiness, data migration, user acceptance testing, training, cutover preparation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. After go-live, supports ERP governance, master data quality, process compliance, user adoption, enhancement requests, continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and future rollouts across business units.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business performance evaluation. Partners with operational leaders on KPIs, pricing, productivity, cost savings, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives. Analyzes data from ERP, BI, and financial systems while improving reporting automation and FP&A processes. Maintains financial governance, prepares forex and non-dealing period memos, coordinates tax and corporate documentation, and assists with audits and annual reporting.

Develop and execute global supply chain strategies focused on customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and KPI performance. Lead supply chain best practices, manage sourcing and procurement, coordinate intercompany transfers, optimize finished-goods distribution, monitor inventory, and negotiate freight routes, rates, and terms. Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams while supporting effective ERP use and implementing corrective actions based on operational analysis.

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer oversees quality standards, engages with customers and suppliers, and manages quality complaints while initiating corrective measures and promoting a Zero Defects mindset.
