The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer oversees quality standards, engages with customers and suppliers, and manages quality complaints while initiating corrective measures and promoting a Zero Defects mindset.

Manage assigned domestic customers to grow sales by finding new projects, liaise with RAM/GAM and global accounts, prepare three-month sales forecasts, meet KPI targets with weekly/monthly reporting, update customer pricing requests, build relationships with decision-makers, and follow company policies. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Manage engineering projects from RFQ through prototype, overseeing cost, quality, schedule, risk, and safety. Prepare bids, contracts, change orders, and documentation. Develop detailed project plans per ISO9001:2015, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement and production, and deliver regular status updates across multiple concurrent projects.
