Improves manufacturing performance through process optimization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, production layout development, work-instruction control, capacity planning, tooling design, audits, NPI support, and cost reduction. Provides technical support for assembly and testing, trains operators and technicians, manages special tooling and preventive maintenance, and collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams. Overseas travel may be required.

Designs and develops 2D and 3D injection mold layouts using CAD software. Creates DFM and mold-flow simulations, designs cooling and gating systems, performs feasibility and design analyses, and optimizes part quality. Collaborates with engineering, tooling teams, customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, fabrication, and validation. Applies DFMEA lessons learned and ensures compliance with quality standards.

Lead Process Engineering and Tooling teams, driving injection molding process optimization, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, OEE gains, tooling maintenance, automation, root-cause analysis, and waste reduction. Oversee NPI validation, PPAP, FMEA, process controls, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Manage engineering resources, vendors, budgets, and KPIs while collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, plant leadership, and customers.
