Coordinates end-to-end auction execution, including sale calendars, cataloguing, estimates, provenance research, marketing, client communications, documentation, and financial tracking. Builds relationships with collectors and institutions, sources consignments, cultivates bidders, supports auction previews and sale-day activity, and works toward sourcing and sales goals. Collaborates across Specialists, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other internal teams while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

Leads the watches department’s auction sales, business development, and profitability. Secures high-value consignments, manages client relationships, oversees cataloging and scholarly research, approves marketing and consignment strategies, and drives successful auction execution. Manages budgets, revenue targets, negotiations, market analysis, team development, and cross-functional coordination while supporting collectors, dealers, institutions, and private clients. Travel is required for business development, property evaluations, client meetings, and auction events.
