The role supports mission-critical Intelligence Community systems and requires obtaining a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph while working onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, VueJS, AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities include feature development, bug fixes, performance improvements, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, data security, container management, and participation in Agile development practices. The role supports mission-critical government systems and requires collaboration across the full software development lifecycle.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, network devices, and applications. Leads defensive cyber operations and cybersecurity engineering for NGA programs and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include designing and sustaining cybersecurity infrastructure, developing strategies, assessing risks, conducting analysis of alternatives and design studies, authoring white papers, supporting compliance and accreditation, advising leadership, managing personnel and resources, and identifying capability and staffing gaps. The role requires extensive DoD or intelligence community experience, cybersecurity leadership, network security expertise, and TS/SCI clearance.

Designs, tests, implements, and maintains enterprise network security architectures and infrastructure. Manages firewall, gateway, IDS, load balancer, and network security configurations across WAN, LAN, CAN, and remote environments. Develop and maintain backend services using Java, JavaScript, and Python; support secure DevSecOps practices, containerized applications, AWS deployments, geospatial data processing, testing, documentation, and Agile collaboration under senior developer supervision.

Lead a small development team supporting and enhancing mission-critical enterprise applications. Designs, implements, operates, and sustains WAN/LAN/CAN networks across multiple security domains. Troubleshoots network components, analyzes performance, develops roadmaps and test plans, supports IP services to classified networks, installs satellite communications, and evaluates emerging networking technologies to meet mission objectives while following government security processes.

Develops predictive models and transforms structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include data wrangling, statistical analysis, machine learning, visualization, reporting, data pipeline management, cloud and DevSecOps integration, root-cause analysis, and technical solution development. The role supports government stakeholders, guides junior personnel, leads data projects independently, validates AI models, documents algorithms, and communicates findings through briefings and presentations.

Leads Agile Scrum teams supporting software and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include facilitating scrums, managing Jira backlogs and sprints, planning work, reporting status, coordinating testing and deployments, managing risks, estimating effort, overseeing concurrent projects, and communicating with stakeholders. The role also supports enterprise project delivery through accreditation using ICD-503 and obtaining Authority to Operate approval.

Develop, modernize, and sustain backend applications and services supporting intelligence analysis products. Design high-performance software, build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, prototype solutions, and collaborate in Agile teams. The role requires strong backend development experience with Java and related technologies, plus proficiency in multiple areas such as Python, FastAPI, React.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, or web services architecture.
