Lead a small development team supporting and enhancing mission-critical enterprise applications. Translate customer needs into technical solutions, build full-stack applications using Python and JavaScript frameworks, integrate REST APIs, manage relational databases, deploy Docker containers to Linux, and contribute to testing, Git/GitLab workflows, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. Provide technical leadership while improving application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Supports cloud-based systems engineering by managing requirements, developing and executing functional, integration, installation, and UAT test plans, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Collaborates with development teams and stakeholders, participates in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoots cloud issues, and contributes to scalable, secure system deployment. The role requires experience with cloud technologies, testing methodologies, SDLC, requirements management, Atlassian tools, and secure government environments.

Maintains and modernizes physical and cloud networks supporting a mission-critical geospatial application. Responsibilities include network design, cloud migration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, security compliance, configuration upgrades, testing, documentation, architecture diagrams, and evaluation of emerging technologies. The role requires extensive network and transport experience, cloud networking expertise, Cisco and Juniper administration, Linux networking, and an active security clearance with polygraph.
