Supports long-term care facility financial and administrative operations, including accounts receivable, billing, insurance claims, resident trust funds, daily deposits, admissions financial verification, census updates, and payer changes. The role communicates with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders; assists with training and office coverage; maintains documentation; and ensures compliance with collection policies, resident rights, and safety procedures.

Provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care for residents: supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe orders, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing replacements as needed.
