Provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care for residents: supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe orders, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing replacements as needed.

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver trays, maintain cleanliness, rotate and manage food supplies, sanitize equipment, and follow standardized recipes to support resident nutrition and satisfaction.

Coordinate and oversee admission, annual, quarterly, Medicare, and change-of-condition MDS assessments; ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and timely MDS submission. Maintain expertise in MDS software, lead interdisciplinary meetings, update care plans, generate quality reports, and collect ancillary data for billing. Support resident-centered care and professional development.
