Manage people operations and studio facilities: support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance, HR systems administration, employee events, daily production flow, vendor relationships, visitor management, mail/package handling, and facility system monitoring.

Lead and supervise a production team to ensure high-quality custom framing. Serve as the in-house expert on art receiving, mounting, assembly, care, and repair; drive quality, process improvements, training, KPIs, scheduling, and hands-on work for complex orders while coaching and developing team members.

Lead and build a new manufacturing facility team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Develop and install assembly and material flow processes, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), train and coach staff, provide performance feedback, and ensure reliable customer order fulfillment.

Provide hands-on IT support for multiple manufacturing plants: troubleshoot CNCs, printers, scanners, VoIP and networks; manage MDM and ticketing; deploy infrastructure for new plants; train staff; and lead hardware/software projects to reduce downtime.

As an Art Tech, you read customer orders, input accurate measurements and selections, mount and assemble artwork, apply hardware, perform final quality checks, trim and protect pieces, use hand tools and basic software, and collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
