Prepare, measure, mount, assemble, and quality-check custom-framed artwork according to customer specifications. Document framing preferences, input measurements, use hand tools and computer systems, trim materials, apply hardware, and handle delicate artwork with precision. Collaborate with teammates, meet production goals, escalate concerns, and maintain high craftsmanship and quality standards. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, and lifting 10–40 pounds.

Leads operations at a manufacturing facility, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Develops assembly and material-flow processes, drives Lean and Kaizen continuous-improvement initiatives, trains and develops team members, provides performance feedback, and ensures consistent achievement of business goals. The role requires strong communication, manufacturing leadership, and process-development expertise, with potential advancement to Plant Manager.

Provides hands-on IT support across multiple manufacturing plants, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, CNC equipment, printers, scanners, and VoIP systems. Manages tickets, MDM, device deployments, vendor coordination, employee training, infrastructure setup for new plants, and IT projects. Requires multi-site support experience, strong Windows, macOS, mobile, and network troubleshooting skills, with travel between locations as needed.
