Manage people operations and studio facilities: support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance, HR systems administration, employee events, daily production flow, vendor relationships, visitor management, mail/package handling, and facility system monitoring.

Lead and supervise a production team to ensure high-quality custom framing. Serve as the in-house expert on art receiving, mounting, assembly, care, and repair; drive quality, process improvements, training, KPIs, scheduling, and hands-on work for complex orders while coaching and developing team members.

Lead and build a new manufacturing facility team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Develop and install assembly and material flow processes, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), train and coach staff, provide performance feedback, and ensure reliable customer order fulfillment.
