Provides hands-on IT support across multiple manufacturing plants, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, CNC equipment, printers, scanners, and VoIP systems. Manages tickets, MDM, device deployments, vendor coordination, employee training, infrastructure setup for new plants, and IT projects. Requires multi-site support experience, strong Windows, macOS, mobile, and network troubleshooting skills, with travel between locations as needed.

Lead operations at a new manufacturing facility, managing teams and assembly/material-flow processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Drive Lean and Kaizen continuous-improvement initiatives, develop employee skills, provide performance feedback, and foster teamwork, accountability, and strong communication. The role offers growth potential toward Plant Manager or other leadership positions.

Manages People and Culture operations for an on-site manufacturing studio, including employee support, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, HR administration, and employee events. Also supports daily production reporting, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, visitor access, mail handling, security systems, and facility inspections. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
