Provides onsite and remote IT support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printing, connectivity, and plant technology issues. Supports CNC equipment, scanners, printers, endpoints, VoIP, and Wi-Fi; manages tickets, documentation, deployments, updates, hardware refreshes, vendors, and operational technology projects. Prioritizes production-impacting incidents, communicates status, escalates issues, and identifies improvements to reduce downtime.

Manages people operations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, HR administration, and employee events. Supports studio production flow, vendors, facilities, visitor access, deliveries, security systems, and daily site operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
