Lead the Foxit Editor platform roadmap and serve as the technical bridge between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams across the US and Asia-Pacific. Translate enterprise customer needs into technical requirements, communicate with Mandarin-speaking developers, validate feasibility, manage trade-offs, define success metrics, coordinate releases, and measure post-launch impact. Build scalable bilingual collaboration frameworks for globally distributed teams.

Build and operate production data pipelines connecting marketing, CRM, licensing, payment, and operational systems with Databricks. Develop PySpark and SQL ETL/ELT workflows, dimensional models, APIs, data quality monitoring, identity resolution, and customer segmentation data flows. Support HubSpot enrichment, lifecycle marketing, campaign attribution, funnel reporting, and marketing ROI analytics while maintaining documentation, alerting, and incident response processes.

Own enterprise sales across Benelux and France, driving net-new revenue, account expansion, territory planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, and complex SaaS sales cycles. Build executive relationships, manage multistakeholder buying groups, negotiate and close opportunities, displace incumbent solutions, and collaborate with BDRs, partners, solution engineers, customer success, support, and marketing. Travel as needed for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.

Manage Foxit’s channel sales strategy across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage VARs, distributors, and technology partners; build executive relationships; support co-selling and pipeline generation; establish partner sales targets and business plans; and drive enterprise adoption of PDF, eSignature, and document automation solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable Java enterprise applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs. Responsibilities include database optimization, caching and session management, application deployment and troubleshooting, unit testing, code reviews, and collaboration with QA, DevOps, Product, and engineering teams. The role supports high-availability SaaS applications using Spring, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and messaging technologies.

Partners with business and technology teams to analyze, optimize, and support enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and operational processes. Translates business requirements into technical specifications, supports APIs and automation, coordinates testing and deployments, maintains documentation, and improves system reliability and efficiency. The role also administers applications and identifies opportunities for AI-assisted workflows and process standardization.

Lead US FP&A: own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Deliver executive-ready analysis, partner with department leaders and Accounting, automate processes, support investor/M&A activities, and mentor analysts to scale the function.

Lead offsite citation, AI search visibility (AEO/GEO), and customer advocacy programs. Manage review platforms, drive review-generation campaigns, monitor sentiment and citations, expand presence in AI-generated answers, and coordinate cross-functional execution with PR, SEO, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to improve visibility and conversion.
