Develop and maintain scalable Java enterprise applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs. Responsibilities include database optimization, caching and session management, application deployment and troubleshooting, unit testing, code reviews, and collaboration with QA, DevOps, Product, and engineering teams. The role supports high-availability SaaS applications using Spring, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and messaging technologies.

Partners with business and technology teams to analyze, optimize, and support enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and operational processes. Translates business requirements into technical specifications, supports APIs and automation, coordinates testing and deployments, maintains documentation, and improves system reliability and efficiency. The role also administers applications and identifies opportunities for AI-assisted workflows and process standardization.

Lead US FP&A: own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Deliver executive-ready analysis, partner with department leaders and Accounting, automate processes, support investor/M&A activities, and mentor analysts to scale the function.

Lead offsite citation, AI search visibility (AEO/GEO), and customer advocacy programs. Manage review platforms, drive review-generation campaigns, monitor sentiment and citations, expand presence in AI-generated answers, and coordinate cross-functional execution with PR, SEO, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to improve visibility and conversion.

Build, operate, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines between marketing, sales, and operational systems into Databricks. Implement dimensional models, identity resolution, data quality checks, API integrations, and scheduled/event-driven syncs to support segmentation, attribution, and campaign activation. Maintain documentation, alerting, and runbooks.

Owned product lifecycle for Foxit Editor Desktop in North America: define roadmap, conduct market research, gather customer feedback, translate needs into requirements, collaborate with R&D/design/sales, support launches, and monitor adoption and competitive trends.
