Lead and manage digital transformation engagements: plan workshops, oversee delivery, mentor consultants, drive implementation of digital solutions, advise on IT architecture and analytics, and ensure client outcomes.

Lead Lean Management consulting engagements: design and implement Lean solutions, manage project teams, drive operational change, coach juniors, support business development, and develop Lean tools.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across UAE and KSA including onboarding, HRIS administration (Zelt), AXS platform management, payroll support, reporting, performance cycle administration, off-boarding, vendor and facilities coordination, and employee queries. Maintain accurate people data, run surveys, support trainings, and collaborate with EOR partner.
