Supports talent engagement, employer branding, candidate sourcing, university and professional network relationships across Saudi Arabia. Manages People & Culture operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, employee queries, documentation, and lifecycle administration. Also coordinates office logistics, vendors, travel, events, and employee engagement initiatives while representing the company at career fairs and industry events.

Supports digital transformation projects through research, data analysis, workshop assistance, requirements gathering, and development of digital solutions. Collaborates with consultants to analyze business problems, formulate recommendations, and create clear reports and presentations. The role also involves building proficiency in digital tools, emerging technologies, and business analytics while managing assigned tasks and escalating issues appropriately.

Supports digital transformation projects by analyzing business processes, developing transformation strategies and roadmaps, participating in client workshops, structuring findings, and assisting with digital solution implementation and change management. The consultant translates complex data into clear business insights, reports, and presentations while collaborating with senior consultants, managers, clients, and delivery teams.
