Leads the full grant lifecycle, including opportunity research, proposal development, submissions, award tracking, reporting, renewals, and compliance. Lead staff, manage schedules, supervise performance, coordinate services with schools and healthcare providers, oversee documentation and fiscal responsibilities, support grants and contracts, and help design treatment and care protocols. The role also includes maintaining safe program locations and occasionally providing direct client coverage.

Coordinate and facilitate solution-focused and youth transition meetings for families and youth involved in child welfare. Responsibilities include engaging participants, preparing teams, scheduling meetings, documenting services, connecting families with community resources, following program models, coordinating with providers, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The role requires flexibility outside normal business hours and collaboration with team members.

The role requires travel for home visits and meetings, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads the statewide kinship navigator program, supervises Kinship Specialists, coordinates family services, ensures contract and licensing compliance, reviews reports, monitors caseworker performance, maintains accurate case data, supports staff development, and collaborates with social work and agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for relative, kinship, and fictive kin families.

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training, coach and mentor staff in-program, assess training needs, maintain training records and LMS, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and support quality improvement and technical assistance for service delivery.

Provide foster/adoptive family services in Cedar Rapids including pre-screening, home studies (initial, renewal, ICPC, relative), supportive contacts, training, matching recommendations, permanency assessments, documentation, and in-home visits. Travel, evenings, and weekends are required to support and stabilize placements and guide families through licensure and adoption.
