Coordinate and oversee Family Centered Services program operations, ensuring compliance with performance and licensing standards. Lead staff, manage schedules, supervise performance, coordinate services with schools and healthcare providers, oversee documentation and fiscal responsibilities, support grants and contracts, and help design treatment and care protocols. The role also includes maintaining safe program locations and occasionally providing direct client coverage.

Coordinate and facilitate solution-focused and youth transition meetings for families and youth involved in child welfare. Responsibilities include engaging participants, preparing teams, scheduling meetings, documenting services, connecting families with community resources, following program models, coordinating with providers, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The role requires flexibility outside normal business hours and collaboration with team members.
