Coordinate e-commerce and production teams to manage daily website operations, product uploads, QC of imagery, stock checks, site merchandising, SEO improvements, analytics, and campaign or product launches to improve conversion and reduce returns.

Own the commercial performance and growth of direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels, primarily for Agent Provocateur. Manage trading calendars, promotions, product launches, CRO, UX, site development, reporting, digital marketing performance, customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with merchandising, buying, marketing, design, production, content and CRM teams while identifying international growth opportunities and making data-led decisions across revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic and retention.

Responsible for building seasonal and continuity buy plans for D2C channels, managing allocations, PO accuracy, stock management, and producing trade and product performance reports to maximize sales and minimize terminal stock.

Serve as primary account and relationship lead for assigned brands, driving distribution, sales forecasting, business planning, and order negotiations. Manage sell-through via customer visits, training, stock and sample control, and reporting. Coordinate with PR, showroom staff, credit control, and assistants to ensure timely order processing, maintain brand presentation, and meet seasonal and annual targets.
