Leads property management system implementations, operational transitions, lease-ups, acquisitions, and stabilization efforts across multifamily and regulated housing properties. Provides temporary operational oversight, coaching, training, troubleshooting, and recovery planning. Leads Foundation Communities’ Community Support Services program across family housing properties. Oversees case management, adult clinical services, and youth development; supervises and develops staff; coordinates contracted providers; monitors data, outcomes, and quality improvement; builds behavioral health and community partnerships; and ensures trauma-informed, equitable, person-centered service delivery.

Provides person-centered supported employment services to residents facing complex employment barriers. Responsibilities include employment-readiness training, resume and interview assistance, job development, placement support, workplace coaching, employer partnership development, resident communication, and detailed program documentation. The role also supports food pantry operations, requires frequent travel throughout Austin, and involves occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Oversee organization-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing policies, compliance, and Procure-to-Pay system administration. Manage procurement staff, P-card programs, RFPs and negotiations, vendor onboarding, contract documentation, audits, reporting, and staff training. Partner with leadership, Accounting, and IT to improve workflows, controls, automation, and cost-effectiveness while meeting regulatory, grant, and organizational requirements.

Supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in managing a residential community. Greets residents and visitors, provides customer service, maintains secure building entry, conducts common-area inspections, schedules resident tours, assists with applications, monitors surveillance systems, and handles phone calls. The role requires holiday and inclement-weather coverage, occasional support at other communities, and may involve exposure to bodily fluids with appropriate training and protective equipment.

Administers and supports organization-wide software and data systems, including user access, configurations, integrations, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, licensing, renewals, training, and data quality. The role supports onboarding and offboarding access, security reviews, system governance, troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-department workflows. Travel to Austin-area locations and occasional North Texas properties is required, with occasional evening or weekend work for upgrades, incidents, and maintenance.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish housing navigation, outreach, intake coordination, waitlist management, applicant documentation, referrals, and placement support for families experiencing housing instability. Coordinates outreach events, tracks inquiries and outcomes, maintains eligibility and preference documentation, connects households with financial assistance, and collaborates with property management, case managers, community partners, interns, and volunteers. Requires flexible scheduling, including some evenings, and experience serving homeless or economically disadvantaged individuals and families.

Manages a caseload of families in a supportive housing program, identifying needs, setting goals, coordinating referrals and educational resources, providing crisis intervention, advocating for residents, and supporting housing stability. The role maintains participant documentation, collaborates with property management and multidisciplinary teams, provides financial literacy support, coordinates resident events, and assists broader resident populations. Flexible evening and weekend hours may be required.

Supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with community administration, resident and visitor customer service, guest registration, building security monitoring, common-area inspections, resident tours, applications, and phone screening. The role maintains a welcoming property environment, works holidays and inclement weather days, and may provide coverage at other supportive housing communities.

Restores vacated apartments to market-ready condition, completes trash-outs, assists with work orders and storage-room maintenance, and maintains property grounds, common areas, laundry rooms, dumpsters, and walkways. Provides resident customer service, distributes communications, monitors emails, and may support other properties in the Austin area. The role requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and occasional cleanup of bodily fluids with provided training and PPE.

Manages a caseload of families enrolled in a supportive housing program, providing trauma-responsive case management, referrals, advocacy, crisis intervention, goal planning, and financial literacy support. Coordinates with property management, resident services, and community providers to promote housing and personal stability. Maintains participant documentation, supports resident events and councils, monitors program compliance, and develops projects addressing resident needs. Requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, flexible scheduling, and occasional travel.
