Provides administrative support for a short-term tax assistance program, including updating program materials, supporting tax program planning, coordinating assigned projects, and managing additional duties. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. The role runs August through December 2026, up to five hours weekly, and may be remote or based at a Prosper Center.

Supports the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in managing a residential community. Greets residents and visitors, provides customer service, maintains secure building entry, conducts common-area inspections, schedules resident tours, assists with applications, monitors surveillance systems, and handles phone calls. The role requires holiday and inclement-weather coverage, occasional support at other communities, and may involve exposure to bodily fluids with appropriate training and protective equipment.

Administers and supports organization-wide software and data systems, including user access, configurations, integrations, reporting, documentation, vendor coordination, licensing, renewals, training, and data quality. The role supports onboarding and offboarding access, security reviews, system governance, troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-department workflows. Travel to Austin-area locations and occasional North Texas properties is required, with occasional evening or weekend work for upgrades, incidents, and maintenance.

Manage daily operations at temporary open enrollment sites, including opening and closing procedures, staff and volunteer guidance, client intake and enrollment, data entry quality review, conflict resolution, training, and confidentiality compliance. Provide direct support for Marketplace applications and troubleshoot enrollment issues using healthcare and operational technology systems. Complete required training and CMS certification during the seasonal assignment.

Provides administrative and accounting support, including invoice processing, vendor setup and communication, receipt and refund tracking, document filing, check processing, calendar coordination, and responding to inquiries. Supports the CFO, Accounting Manager, and accounting team while maintaining accurate records and following organizational procedures.

Provide phone-based intake and enrollment assistance to HAAM members, explain Marketplace health insurance and HAAM services, accurately enter data, safeguard confidential information, and work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment. The temporary remote role requires Greater Austin residency for in-person onboarding and training, along with a secure workspace and reliable internet.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish housing navigation, outreach, intake coordination, waitlist management, applicant documentation, referrals, and placement support for families experiencing housing instability. Coordinates outreach events, tracks inquiries and outcomes, maintains eligibility and preference documentation, connects households with financial assistance, and collaborates with property management, case managers, community partners, interns, and volunteers. Requires flexible scheduling, including some evenings, and experience serving homeless or economically disadvantaged individuals and families.

Provides trauma-informed in-person and phone support, protects personal information, maintains program database records, and travels throughout the service area. Paid training supports required Community Health Worker, CMS Certified Application Counselor, and TXHHS Community Partner certifications.

Provides in-person and phone assistance to community members enrolling in affordable Marketplace health insurance plans. Educates clients about applications, coverage terminology, premium assistance, tax credits, and qualified health plans. Uses Healthcare.gov, REDCap, RingCentral, email, and databases while protecting confidential information under HIPAA. Completes paid training and CMS Certified Application Counselor certification. This temporary, seasonal role runs through December 2026 and may extend into January 2027 depending on funding and the Open Enrollment period.

Restores vacated apartments to market-ready condition, completes trash-outs, assists with work orders and storage-room maintenance, and maintains property grounds, common areas, laundry rooms, dumpsters, and walkways. Provides resident customer service, distributes communications, monitors emails, and may support other properties in the Austin area. The role requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and occasional cleanup of bodily fluids with provided training and PPE.
