Teams at Foundation Communities

Lead daily in-person and virtual activities for teens in education-centered after-school and summer programs. Provide homework and academic support, with emphasis on STEM, coding, robotics, and 3D printing. Prepare lessons and supplies, supervise student safety, support fitness and enrichment activities, maintain documentation and organized learning spaces, and foster an inclusive environment.

Manage a caseload of families in a supportive housing program, assess needs, establish goals, provide referrals, and coordinate trauma-responsive services. Advocate for residents, use crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies, support housing stability, provide financial literacy assistance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with property management and multidisciplinary teams. The role also supports resident events, outreach, educational opportunities, and broader resident services.

Provides administrative support for a short-term tax assistance program, including updating program materials, supporting tax program planning, coordinating assigned projects, and managing additional duties. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. The role runs August through December 2026, up to five hours weekly, and may be remote or based at a Prosper Center.
