Provides strategic leadership for organization-wide operations across India. Oversees day-to-day operations, program implementation, financial and regulatory compliance, risk management, strategic planning, process improvement, and multi-location teams. Leads regional leadership, recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and culture initiatives while partnering with founders, government stakeholders, and senior leadership to build scalable systems and support nationwide program delivery.

Develops institutional partnerships with corporations, NGOs, government bodies, and other organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, personalized outreach, proposal development, CRM data management, stakeholder relationship management, KPI reporting, industry networking, and collaboration with communications teams to improve visibility, conversion, upselling, and retention. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills, along with willingness to travel for partner meetings and presentations.

Enter and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets, verify information, organize digital records, prepare basic reports, conduct online research, and support backend administrative operations. The intern will also help maintain lead databases and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time while supporting the company’s EV charging infrastructure expansion.

Supports EV charging network expansion through market research, lead generation, partner outreach, location mapping, proposal preparation, CRM tracking, meeting coordination, competitor research, franchise outreach, and business development reporting.

Drive CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships by building relationships with corporates, NGOs, institutions, donors, and charitable trusts. Responsibilities include developing grant proposals, organizing fundraising campaigns and events, managing employee and matched giving programs, coordinating web-based fundraising, maintaining donor databases, and increasing awareness of the organization. The role requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, planning, and relationship-management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management tools.
