Leads vocational education programs across Gujarat, managing government relationships, policy advocacy, stakeholder partnerships, implementation, monitoring, budgets, reporting, and large project teams. The role coordinates with education departments, skill councils, NGOs, industry partners, and training providers to strengthen government initiatives and employment outcomes. It requires extensive travel, strong knowledge of education policies and government systems, and experience managing large-scale programs.

Provides strategic leadership for organization-wide operations across India. Oversees day-to-day operations, program implementation, financial and regulatory compliance, risk management, strategic planning, process improvement, and multi-location teams. Leads regional leadership, recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and culture initiatives while partnering with founders, government stakeholders, and senior leadership to build scalable systems and support nationwide program delivery.

Develops institutional partnerships with corporations, NGOs, government bodies, and other organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, personalized outreach, proposal development, CRM data management, stakeholder relationship management, KPI reporting, industry networking, and collaboration with communications teams to improve visibility, conversion, upselling, and retention. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills, along with willingness to travel for partner meetings and presentations.
