Execute synthesis, place-and-route and STA for ASIC partitions from RTL to silicon. Collaborate with architects, RTL designers and DFT engineers to close EM/IR, LEC and physical verification signoff. Improve physical design methodologies (synthesis, PnR, EMIR, PDN), troubleshoot flows and work with EDA vendors to resolve issues while meeting tight schedules and low-power goals.

Handle inbound calls and web leads to qualify prospects, schedule clinic appointments, and manage end-to-end lead lifecycle in Salesforce. Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, reduced no-shows, and high scheduling/conversion rates while partnering with clinics, audiology, and operations and maintaining privacy and data accuracy.

Drive commercial expansion for brick-and-mortar locations end-to-end: market research, site selection, lease support, launch coordination, stakeholder management, experiments on new service models, and data-driven recommendations. Regular travel to support launches and on-the-ground operations.

Manage front desk and daily operations for a Boston clinic: greet patients, schedule appointments, support Audiologists, troubleshoot hearing aids and mobile connectivity, process purchases/returns/warranties, maintain inventory and vendor relationships, and maintain records and systems (including Salesforce) to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

Serve as product expert for hearing aid customers, driving conversion and retention through intake calls, troubleshooting (Bluetooth/iPhone/Zoom), coaching, scheduling, documentation in Salesforce/Intercom, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product and customer experience. Weekend and hybrid in-office coverage required.

Lead RF development and bring-up for ear-worn hearing aid products: design antenna and matching networks, optimize link budgets for Bluetooth/BLE/NFMI, collaborate on schematic and PCB layout (Altium), run RF simulation and bench/chamber testing (CST Studio and RF test gear), prototype and troubleshoot, and support production validation and regulatory testing.

Manage GMP and quality compliance at a manufacturing site: own calibration and preventive maintenance, review documentation and nonconformance reports, perform line and receiving inspections, run IQ/OQ/PQ process validations, and promote a strong quality culture.

Lead and maintain medical device quality systems including KPIs, audits, CAPA, design control, risk management, software release quality, international launch regulatory submissions, and eQMS implementation and validation.

Lead full-chip DFT architecture and implementation including scan, compression, MBIST/BIST, ATPG vector generation, gate-level verification, and silicon debug. Collaborate with STA, physical design, memory compiler, and test teams to ensure production-ready silicon with high test coverage and diagnostic capability, and support bring-up and debug on silicon.
