Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, reduced no-shows, and high scheduling/conversion rates while partnering with clinics, audiology, and operations and maintaining privacy and data accuracy.

Drive commercial expansion for brick-and-mortar locations end-to-end: market research, site selection, lease support, launch coordination, stakeholder management, experiments on new service models, and data-driven recommendations. Regular travel to support launches and on-the-ground operations.

Manage front desk and daily operations for a Boston clinic: greet patients, schedule appointments, support Audiologists, troubleshoot hearing aids and mobile connectivity, process purchases/returns/warranties, maintain inventory and vendor relationships, and maintain records and systems (including Salesforce) to deliver a high-quality patient experience.
