Training provided; new grads encouraged.

Develop and execute clinical marketing strategies to drive adoption of medical devices in hepatobiliary and neurology. Engage KOLs, translate clinical data into marketing content, enable sales with training, and monitor market trends to support product adoption and growth.

Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers and physician offices, drive contract wins, use consultative selling to close business, manage a large territory, and travel overnight as needed.

Provide technical support for advanced surgical equipment: set up, operate, sterilize, calibrate, document, transport, and maintain devices. Drive to healthcare facilities daily with occasional overnight travel. Ensure safety (vehicle, workplace, laser), meet facility credentialing, and deliver strong customer service to surgeons and clinical staff.

Lead systems optimization and process improvement for Finance and HR. Own ERP/HRIS/LMS system architecture, document current/future-state processes, run process-improvement projects, coordinate cross-functional implementations, lead UAT, and measure post-implementation outcomes.

Training on lithotripsy equipment and lasers is provided.

Sell and promote ForTec Medicals mobile surgical technologies across a Pacific territory. Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and physicians; manage large territory, pursue new contracts, close deals, and provide consultative OR-focused sales support. Travel overnight as needed and use CRM and Microsoft Office to track opportunities and performance.
