Provide technical support for surgical technologies by setting up and operating equipment, performing preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibrations, documentation, and transporting devices to facilities. Drive daily, follow safety and laser protocols, meet credentialing requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering professional relationships with healthcare staff.

Provide technical setup, operation, sterilization, calibration, transport, and in-procedure support for surgical technologies; perform preoperative checklists and documentation; drive and deliver equipment to healthcare facilities; ensure safety, credentialing, and excellent customer service.

Serve as ForTec's primary contact for large IDN/GPO accounts, managing corporate supply chain relationships, negotiating contracts, responding to RFI/RFPs, driving product preference, collaborating cross-functionally (sales, finance, operations, contracting, legal, customer service), analyzing account data in Excel, and traveling nationally up to 50% to support account growth.
