Lead cross-product UX initiatives for enterprise cybersecurity products from discovery through implementation. Establish design systems, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and UX best practices while mentoring designers and improving design processes. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites for distributed platform services, primarily using Rust. Own unit, integration, contract, end-to-end, performance, and resilience testing; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; build test environments; analyze defects and incidents; verify security fixes; track quality metrics; and mentor engineers on testing practices.

Design and develop customer-specific Confidential AI security solutions, integrations, attestation and key-release flows. Build proofs of concept, debug systems from firmware through Kubernetes, contribute to open-source projects, and translate customer learnings into product requirements, reference architectures, and reusable engineering assets. The role requires strong Linux, infrastructure, security, cryptography, and programming skills, along with customer-facing communication and independent problem-solving.

Build and maintain core components of Fortanix’s Data Security Manager platform. Develop backend services and REST APIs, automate the software development lifecycle, and improve code quality, stability, scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with global engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. The role focuses on distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Designs and manages scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines and decoupled development environments. Automates application testing, releases, deployments, and infrastructure across cloud providers. Creates DevOps architecture documentation and standards, promotes application security best practices, optimizes technology stacks, collaborates with development, QA, and security teams, and mentors engineers.

Designs, builds, and maintains Rust-based backend microservices and REST APIs for an observability platform. Translates product requirements into technical designs, addresses performance and scalability issues in distributed confidential-computing systems, evolves database architecture, and promotes code quality, stability, and security. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud security solutions using cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Build and scale Rust backend services for Fortanix’s cybersecurity product. Own features from research and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, production support, and customer issue resolution. Develop REST APIs, data models, database schemas, cloud and enterprise integrations, and scalable microservices. Diagnose complex application, infrastructure, database, performance, and reliability issues while collaborating with Product and globally distributed Engineering teams.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will deploy, implement, and optimize the Fortanix platform, ensuring customer success through project management and technical support. You will lead workshops, troubleshoot issues, and drive product adoption while advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Develop, design, and maintain the observability platform (coding in Rust) for cloud security. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build, optimize, and scale observability features, handle large data volumes, participate in code reviews, and improve software development processes and practices.

Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for Fortanix platform; deploy, implement, upgrade, and optimize solutions; reproduce and qualify issues; perform root cause analysis; publish knowledge base content; collaborate with Development, Sales, and QA; and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.
