Sources and engages technical candidates globally for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI roles. Builds pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, GitHub, referrals, and AI tools. Supports resume review, recruiter screens, interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, and hiring-manager collaboration while developing technical recruiting expertise.

Design and develop customer-specific Confidential AI security solutions, integrations, attestation and key-release flows. Build proofs of concept, debug systems from firmware through Kubernetes, contribute to open-source projects, and translate customer learnings into product requirements, reference architectures, and reusable engineering assets. The role requires strong Linux, infrastructure, security, cryptography, and programming skills, along with customer-facing communication and independent problem-solving.

Owns HR operations for Netherlands and EMEA employees across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, immigration, EOR providers, and offboarding. The role also leads Eindhoven employee engagement, office operations, events, and workplace experience while partnering with global HR on local compliance and process improvement.
