Design, build, and maintain the observability platform for a cloud security product. Code (primarily in Rust), collaborate with product and engineering teams, optimize scalability and performance, implement observability features (monitoring, logging, tracing), participate in code reviews, and improve development processes.

The Business Development Representative will generate new sales leads, schedule meetings, manage inbound leads, and maintain prospect information while achieving monthly quotas.
